treated with stellar customer service. I had already gone to a number of
dealers and was never given any information on my personal details (fico
score, ltv factors, bank financing options, true car msrp value) but at
Capitol Kia, all tjis information was disclosed upfront, the transparency
of buying a car, ZERO money down, 100,000/10 year warranty, affordable
paymrnts with my bad credit is what sold me! Ask for Frank or Misty! I
thank Honda of Hayward for such a terrible experience and Capitol
Honda for stating I could not buy a car with zero money down and my
bad credit...guess at Capitol Kia it can be done! :)"

also cob webs in the car's engines as I popped the hood. I can't imagine
what they do to their cars or lack thereof to get them ready for potential
buyers IF they can't even clean (just a little) their cars. Very
disappointing."
