I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs. I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car. They are THE BEST - and make the car buying experience very easy - especially if you are a woman, buying without a man or other person assisting. No worries that you will not be dealt with fairly."

Dealer revealed several inconsistencies, including a lower price advertised on the car windshield than that negotiated over the phone (and they didnt even bother to remove it before picking me up in it at the airport). Can't believe that anyone would allow a customer to fly in for a car so out of synch with how it is represented and expect to make a sale, never mind hold onto any semblance of self respect. "
