I had saved the car I wanted on the CarMax website and set-up notifications if the status of the car changed. After making arrangements to come pick up the car...that same day...I got a notification that the car was no longer available!! Needless to say, I went somewhere else to purchase a car. I ended up getting a brand new car for only $2,000 more than I was going to pay CarMax for a car that was over 2 years old!"
