"Attempted to purchase vehicle that had been on dealers lot for five months. Dealer made no attempt to negotiate fair deal. Car was advertised with 19 inch wheel option ($1K) put was equipped with 18 inch wheels. Instead of recognizing the error with a minimal price adjustment, dealer referred me to the small print in the ad that allowed them to make mistakes. Not how I would expect most dealers to respond."

"The person I corresponded with was Jon Lingelbach. He was kind, and willing to give you his time. We were looking at a Lexus 300, 2001...not much commission there, but this guy never made you feel like because it was a "lower priced" older car that it wasn't as important as buying a "high priced" Mercedes. Should we decide to buy a Mercedes, it would be from this dealership, based on how I was treated by this gentleman. Even after he knew we were no longer interested in the Lexus, 2001, he said if there is ANYTHING he could do, not to hesitate to let him know. I'm a fan.
