Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I contacted this dealer several times and from the first time i contacted them we set a price for a truck i was going to buy, each an every time i contacted them they continued yo stay with the exact price ,so that friday i told the gentlemen that i spoke with (Mario) i would call Monday to let him no when i was going to leave my home in PA to come to KY to pick up the truck i had to make some arrangements and rent a car from enterprise for my travels ( he told me the car rentel was across the road from him) ,so i did what i said an borrowed the rest of the money to pay for truck & travel, rented a car to go, called that monday to tell him we were leaving tuesdsy very early morning and he told me when i called the price of the truck just went up 1500.00 an then told me he didn't know what yo tell me its my problem. Once the car was sold, I am having hard time getting hold of anyone. Kareem the sales consultant, Jesse the Finance guy and the Sales manager never bothered to follow up inspite of my multiple attempts to follow up on phone and email. Partial disclosure to sell the vehicle is their strategy. I would stay away from these guys. I am taking up the matter with MB and will see how it goes."
