Avg. Dealer Rating: (2 reviews) "I had a terrible experience . First, I spoke to the salesman on the phone for more details on the car before driving four hours to look at it. He told me that the car was in great shape with no interior flaws or scratches. I emailed an offer on the car and the dealership manager called me and accepted the offer. The next day we drove 4 hours to see and road test the car with a cashier's check for full payment. When we arrived at the dealership, all the sales people were busy including the sales manager. They sat us down and we waited there for thirty minutes. Finally, my husband suggested that we walk on the car lot for some exercise after our long drive. We found the car on the lot, so we inspected it. We found some scratches on the car which could easily be fixed. Then we found some minor interior imperfections like a couple of missing little knobs on the seat adjustment switch, a few missing louvres on the air vents. We decided we could easily fix these things. However, when I looked at the driver's seat and saw a huge long gash where someone had tried to glue it together, I was very disappointed. I spoke to a passing salesman who was shocked to see the damage on the driver's seat. We decided to leave right then and there. We never saw the manager and no one from the dealership called or emailed us about this experience. "
