Being that I owe 13,100 that puts me at $5,900.00 in negative equity. Okay. I wanted to trade vehicles with "Swope Nissan". The vehicle is a 2010 scion xb that has 82,000+ miles. They set it at $11,424.00. Fair price. Now here goes the scam part. Not only did you all try to short change me on my car. You damn near tried to double the price of the Scion you are selling. It should be $17,324 but after the fees they have, the ending price was $18,545. I see why your car lot gets a horrible rating. "We don't go by Kelly Blue Book". "We go by nada". Okay. Nada says that the average used retail price is $12,375 on a 2008 Scion xb. That's a $5,175 profit on my car alone. add that to the profit you all are getting off me for signing the contract on the 2010 Scion is $7,121. Add all together that is a $12,296. Win Win for you all and lose lose for me. If I was car stupid I would have gotten screwed for up to 7 years. Bunch of scam artist."

Noticed that they had just posted the car again an hour earlier online so I called and spoke with the manager. Advised that they had a serious buyer that was waiting on them but instead of calling me back, they decided to repost the car. Manager stated that he wasn't interested in my trade after I told him his car sales experience was lacking in the customer service dept. Also, he hung up the phone on me when I started asking questions about the car considering they have been selling like crazy and they've been hard to find. They've had this one for 3 months and are selling it for alot lower than most dealerships within a 500 mile radius. It is the 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and they were coming off the price down to16k. If you look at this car, GET A COMPRESSION TEST DONE BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING! ALSO GET A CARFAX HISTORY REPORT DONE TO ENSURE IT HAS NO TITLE ISSUES. I'm a very smart buyer and do my research beforehand, that really must have scared them considering they acted the way that they did. "

I got the car inspected and had a list of things that needed to be repaired including a headlight that was glued in and an air hose that was broken and at risk of causing further damage to the car. He told me he would not fix the car. He would sell it as is and stated that the car had already been repaired by their shop to the extent they were willing to fix it. Also, he would not negotiate on the price even after his employee, Molly, repeatedly stated she would work with me on the price. The manager became so out of control on the phone that he said he would not even sell me the car, saying and I quote "sometimes its just not worth the sale'. REALLY? Wow!
