“The family wagon: Elegant, speedy, utiility”
This is just a great car. The only thing that breaks on it is the cup holder and the vanity mirror. Its older, so it doesn't have XM/Sirius/iPod plug. Still looks classy and seats 7. The seats in the tail gate are the best. Kids love them. Beat a Cayenne S in a straight line, foot to the floor contest.

"Not a good experience- found even the switchboard personel did not have property address or directions, it went downhill from there.
Sufice it to say they have premium cars at above premium prices with cur-rate service and willingness to be helpful- I heard the word 'NO'
often when request sof r help or more favorable terms to me but answers to overpriced car offers was 'YES" when it came to firm price and terms- very difficlut to get a sense of fairness and value for the price paid.
Of course I am used to dealing with Lexus people and that will raise all auto buyers expectations as how one should be treated when spending 5 figures on anything."
