"Drove two hours to buy the car. They had mis-quoted the price but said they were going to honor it. They kept my husband there for a couple of hours only to tell him that the financing didn't go through. He came home and received financing from a credit union in 10 minutes. We then went to a dealership and received financing from them for more than were we asking for at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. They were apparently trying to get out of the deal that they offered. Not to be trusted!"

"I used CG to set up the appointment knowing that once I clicked, I
would be bombarded by their inside sales person. - which I was.
Three calls and three emails in 24 hours confirming my visit to be
exact.
When I arrived, the salesmen I was to asked for wasn't there, the
women who booked my appointment wasn't there and worse, the
car I was interested in wasn't there!
While they did have another Carrera S Convertible to test drive, it
was filthy and buried in other cars which took time to pull out.
They are a Land Rover dealer, not a Porsche dealer and I can't
fault them for not focusing on the latter but I found the experience
lacking in professionalism and organization."
