"I was sold a car that was supposed to be a Certified pre-owned vehicle. It was delivered without the windscreen, caps on the valve stems, and no hold-down bolt on the spare tire. The battery terminals were so corroded it took a Mercedes tech and hour to clean them. The battery died the first morning I had the car and needed to be replaced."
