"Truck was advertised with TRD off road package at 27,288. When I spoke to salesman over the phone he told me he would email me when he made sure the truck was available. Email said that truck was available for 27,288. I noticed that pictures on the website did not show TRD off road graphics on truck. Emailed to confirm if truck had TRD off road package. Original salesman was off so I spoke to another one who said that the truck DID NOT have TRD off road package and that such a truck would be at least 31,000. I told him that the advertising was false and I had a confirmation email from other salesman. It's a good thing I called before making this 4 hour trip to purchase this truck. Original salesman was very nice. Second salesman would not concede the dealerships error."
