The Tribute was redone for the 2008 model year. I previously test drove a 2006 and the handling and performance were lacking. They have resolved these issues for sure! "I was disappointed in my overall experience. I literally had to go
into the dealership after walking around for 10 min looking for the
hybrid. The salesman that helped me was watching tv and
happened to ask if I needed any help. Then when I told him what I
was searching for he said the car was being driven by the service
manager and he had already left for the day. I drove a 2012 camry
le - not a hybrid for about 30 minutes. When I took it back he
explained that WV was not really that great for hybrid mileage and
I would be better off with the car I just test drove - naturally! Not a
great experience."
