Dealer Rating: (1 review) "long story short we spent way too much time trying to buy a car from them. we did all the work we put in all the effort and what little they did was wrong, from the numbers on the PNS our down payment what was negotiated and the final price. we drove two hours to look at a car and the salesman did not even show up. we ended up talking to for different people in total all of whom had different ideas of what was going on. we ended up backing out of a deal on a car that I really wanted and bought local. will definitely not recommend them in the future."

Too many times people take the time to complain when things go wrong I'd like to take time to say THANK YOU when things go right. We were in the market of a used car and searched far and wide. After a horrible experience at another local dealer-we ended up 75 miles from where we live to try our luck at Country Nissan in Hadley Mass. I spoke to Josh over the phone about one of their vehicles on the lot. We went down and test drove it and didn't like it. Josh saw that I wasn't happy and put us into another vehicle that closely met our needs. We now have an affordable car well below retail value that we truly enjoy. The salesman was very nice, very friendly, and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. I really appreciate that when buying a car. He did all he could, but his superiors seemed disinterested in my business and huffed and puffed when he asked them to print the carfax for me. I was told I would be updated with the shop check information on the car within a couple of days and it's now been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. Oh well."
