Their sales people are straight up - fair price from the get go, prepared vehicle for sale per their safety check. Direct, fair, honest interactions. Car in excellent condition. Very professional. I did not purchase that car, and they were more than gracious and understanding (they were holding the car for me, then I backed out --- I was not very considerate). Re the Honda Element, again they offered fair price with 'no muss no fuss'. The car was sold before I could make a decision - my fault not theirs. I would highly recommend them for purchase of new or used car.
