Too many times people take the time to complain when things go wrong I'd like to take time to say THANK YOU when things go right. We were in the market of a used car and searched far and wide. After a horrible experience at another local dealer-we ended up 75 miles from where we live to try our luck at Country Nissan in Hadley Mass. I spoke to Josh over the phone about one of their vehicles on the lot. We went down and test drove it and didn't like it. The salesman was very nice, very friendly, and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. I really appreciate that when buying a car. He did all he could, but his superiors seemed disinterested in my business and huffed and puffed when he asked them to print the carfax for me. I was told I would be updated with the shop check information on the car within a couple of days and it's now been a week and I haven't heard anything from them. Oh well."
