Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "at first they started out nice, they have only 2 sales assisants. when i first arrived one of the two greeted me right away, i told them what car i was interested in and he advd me to wait just a moment while he went an searched for the key. then the 2nd salesman comes out gives me the keys and i proceed to test drive the car. well i loved the car. so i told sales man #2 i was very interested & i would be back within the hour. *key note* (i did advd them that i live over an hour away). well driving back to the dealer, i called them to advd them i wanted the car and to start the paperwork for me. well i was about 30 to 45 mins away at that time, at which time the salesmen had given me a call back to provide me with some answers to questions that i had, had. well long story short. within this time of my drive back to dealer, when i arrive i am greeted by not only the 2nd salesman, but the manager as well to inform me that salesman #1 who had greeted me and got the keys for me had sold the car 5 mins ago. i asked why was the car not put on hold being that i advd them over 45 mins ago that i was on my way. well the car ultimately was given to another customer and i was out of a car. they have very poor communication skills amongst each other. i was very pissed off and had to drive away on the search for another car, which i found that evening.--and the sad part is the owner tried to purchase the car that i had found the next day. luckly i had told Serra Buick, Cadilliac the treatment that i had received and they put the car that i wanted on hold, and i was able to purchase it without any problems, hassles or runarounds. all i can say is, if you want a car and you want good service, do not use this dealership, just drive a few more miles up the road to Serra Buick and you'll b glad you did. this place gets a BIG thumbs DOWN!"

Scott, the sale manager, lkes the manual transmission so much, he should lease this car himself"
