When I called to let them know I had not been contacted, what turned out to be another salesman in another department just started his sales pitch . . . no apology, no explanation, and certainly no surprise at the poor service I had experienced. In addition, I got a lecture on how expertly their prices were determined when the first salesman made it clear that their prices are based primarily on sunk costs and not what the market will bear."

When I got there the car was nothing like the ad. The car had not even been detailed, the tires were bald, plastic trim hanging from the bumper, etc. I complained and asked to speak to the manager, but the sales guy said "he's busy and does not have time to see you" needless to say, I did not buy a car from them. They were VERY unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them. "
