Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "Deceptive. Zero customer service. My husband and I saw a Mazda3 late on a Sat that we were very interested in for our daughter. My husband told the "Manager of Customer Service", Charlie, that he was prepared to take time off from work and come back first thing Monday morning to potentially close the sale, but asked if we could drive the car to our mechanic (15 minutes away) for an inspection. Charlie said that would not be a problem, but that he wouldn't be in until 11am and there was no way around it. So much for customer service! We had to change the plan. My husband called the dealership at 10am on Monday and left a message for Charlie to contact him as soon as he got in. Charlie returned the call at 2 that afternoon and informed us that the general manager would not allow us to take the car off the lot. That really said it all. Although the car appeared to be in excellent condition, it has been sitting at the dealership for 3 months. We really didn't need to think twice. DO NOT do business with Mazda of Lodi. What a waste of time."
