"I had to do some dickering with them, but in the end I got what I wanted, and believe the price to be fair for both parties. (My savings-Their profit). Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."

"Seller told me we had a "gentlemen's agreement" about a Z car, they would replace the windows motors and have it ready for delivery, so i'd come down to close the deal. No "getlemen's agreement" was honored and my car was sold to a buyer who according to the seller, "gave them more money"...so much for customer service and willingness to make a new customer and potentially more future business, this dealership only cares for profit that's it."
