I spoke to a salesperson Anthony on the phone who I assumed I would be working with when I arrived there. Anthony was apparently not working during our scheduled appointment time so Michael worked with me who was nice enough. After test driving the car I sat down to talk about price and was completely shot down with any negotiations, including an offer that was only $500 less then the asking price. The internet manager was very curt and even remarked "this is why people drive from Pennsylvania to see our cars because our prices are so low". Since he has the final say and nervous Michael salesman kept looking to him for approval- that is why people drive BACK to Pennsylvania NOT to buy a car from you. I bought a 2009 Jetta for less money/miles from a local dealer who was nice and pleasant, I would never go back there again. They should specify "NO NEGOTIATIONS" on all there vehicle listings and practice common courtesy to customers."

My husband told the "Manager of Customer Service", Charlie, that he was prepared to take time off from work and come back first thing Monday morning to potentially close the sale, but asked if we could drive the car to our mechanic (15 minutes away) for an inspection. Charlie said that would not be a problem, but that he wouldn't be in until 11am and there was no way around it. So much for customer service! We had to change the plan. My husband called the dealership at 10am on Monday and left a message for Charlie to contact him as soon as he got in. Charlie returned the call at 2 that afternoon and informed us that the general manager would not allow us to take the car off the lot. That really said it all. Although the car appeared to be in excellent condition, it has been sitting at the dealership for 3 months. We really didn't need to think twice. DO NOT do business with Mazda of Lodi. What a waste of time."

I picked my car nxt day after the bank verification. I went to another Nissan dealer out in NJ(Springfield Nissan), which is close where I live n they had me sit n wait for 3 hrs without communicating wat was going on. I kept asking questions n they seemed like they were answering abrubtly n wlkin away. There customer service sucked. I was in Brooklyn that afternoon n decided to to stop in at Bay Ridge Nissan.
