"I live in another state frim the dealership. I didn't get the same customer
service as I would have if I was there. Phone calls were not retur ed in a
timely fashion. Financing took too long. My haggling power was not as
great. The car I was trying to buy was sold while I thought I was in the
process of purchase without me being notified of another interested
party. I was told the car was sold after a week of my waiting for an
answer on fiancing my offer. Overall I will not seek business with them
and be leery of ratings of dealerships on this site."

"jim did a great job with his follow up. The car i drove did not fit my need.
He didn't didn't try to talk me into buying the car. He just continued to ask
questions about what i did want and did a very good job building a
relationship. He asked me to look at the Hunday (miss-spelled) It is a
fantastic car, but didn't fit my need. I have a pretty clear vision of what I
want. Jim never tried to talk me into anything, he didn't try to change my
mind and I never once felt pressured.
