One of the cars had a check engine light on, another hadn't even been cleaned out on the inside (still had papers and straw wrappers on the floorboard) and another vehicle had a window that was off track. You would think they would fix these things, or advertise that the cars have these problems. Not pleased with the experience."

I even called before I made the drive and the sales manager Ashley said we could negotiate the car price when I got there. I was not happy, and the other cars looked like they just left a junk yard. I didn't purchase anything from them, I will never go back, and strongly do not recommend that you waste your time. 10 minutes after I left front royal auto, I received a email from them that the car I had went to see had been inspected that morning, and was cleaned up. The sales had just told me it was sold 2 days ago. This place is a joke and needs help, and a new sales manager. I purchased a BMW at rosner toyota in Fredericksburg , and was very happy with the process."
