Promised the world on the phone, just to jack the price up by $8,000 when I drove 3 hours to Queens to finalize the deal. Threatened to keep 35% of money I put down and told me the CarGurus listed price for the car was their "cost" which didn't include profit, or anything else. If you want anything even within $5,000 of their listed CarGurus price, dont bother. Try getting a final price for the car over the phone...will show you everything you need to know right there. Not to mention the finance guy got in a screaming and cursing match with me threatening to keep my money after I told him I wasn't interested and that they were crooks. Unprofessional, crooked liars. Believe me, I wasted a week on the phone and a whole day to go see them."
