“My baby!”
My last car was a BMW 3-series and, while the Mini doesn't seem as "solid" as the Beemer, is less powerful and less refined, it's a hell of a lot more fun to drive and the handling is OUTSTANDING. "It is a typical car dealership when it comes to sales consultants.
Instead of trying to fast talk you, the sales reps are very SLOW
and methodical when discussing prices and terms. My car buying
experience took 6 hours to be exact. I really had to fight to get
good terms. I will say, they were very honest and knowledgeable
about the cars they were selling. I am giving them a 3 because
they were so slow and because I had to wait 24 hours before I
could drive my car home. Also, I loved Reed in the finance
department. Very cool guy."

"I emailed them on a specific used car, and asked that I not be called - A simple email of the price and confirmation that the vehicle is still available would have been sufficient. In all I received 4 calls from 2 different people, neither of whom had apparently read my CarGurus -sourced email. They also didn't track the stock number of the vehicle with my contact info, so when they called they had no idea which car I was interested in, and neither Sales Reptile could answer my simple questions. Very poor way of securing my business, which I took elsewhere."
