I have a 2008 MKZ. The optional equipment that I have on this car is the AWD system, power moonroof, HID headlamps, satin/aluminum pkg, and the THXII Audiophile sound system. "They had to fix a couple of things(noise in the rear/seal on the lense of the headlight unit). they returned the car w/o any registration or fixing the problems. They were notified, came and p/u the car and left a loaner with out of date tags. Couldn't drive it. They returned the car and left. To this day, the problems still persist. Everybody was very nice. Our salesman was nice, but he was full of it. We are still trying to get the problems fixed."
