I can report that I received a prompt and professional CALL back from Metro Ford (other dealers just sent auto-email reply).who answered all my questions about the vehicle and sent me additional information & specs via email that I requested right away. They were friendly and helpful and great with follow up. Looking back at my email the name of the fellow who contacted me was Avery Lawrence. Straight forward and patient in answering my questions - I can't remember what I wanted to know --- but I remember as we talked he walked out to the car while I was on the phone to look and see if the car had something loaded in it that I wanted...usb port?....hmmm. Additionally, although I know my credit is not great, paying almost 50% interest is out of the question."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "The ad for this Trailblazer said it had 88,918 miles on it and when we test drove the car it had 95,000 miles on it. The truck ran well and was pretty clean although the gas gauge seemed to not work so we asked the salesman if the gas gage was broken and he stated no. We decided to purchase the car and when we were completing the paper work with the finance manager he received a call and told us that the odometer cluster may have been replaced and that he needs to go find out. He left the room and I was not happy because that can be a major issue if you know what I mean. He came back and said sorry it hasn't been replaced and wasn't an issue. So after we purchased and left the lot we had to stop and get gas. I filled it up and it only took $30.00? As we left the gas station I realized the gas gage was broke and the oil pressure gage stopped working, then the speedometer starting fluctuating. The next day I addressed these issues with the car salesman he told me to bring it back in to have it looked at, so we did. After looking over the car they told me it's not an easy fix and that it would cost $450.00 for a used cluster that would read 110,000 miles instead of the actual mileage on the vehicle and that it can't be recalibrated. The service manager said a new one would cost 600.00 to 800.00. They told me they would pay up to $350.00 towards a used one and I would have to pay the rest out of my pocket! What really bothers me about this is they new it had a bad cluster when they sold it to me and lied directly to my face when I asked them about it and when I asked them to pay for the costs they pretty much refused. I will never purchase another vehicle here....New or Used "
