Avg. Dealer Rating: (1 review) "We were told this truck was not much to look out, but the engine and mechanical parts were in excellent running condition. It was overlooked by a mechanic and said to be in this condition. Which if one of your mechanics looked at this truck, I will NEVER deal with your company again. When we got to the truck which we never would have driven from Sulphur to Jennings if the truth was told. Thereby, we wasted valuable gas in the process. Anyway, upon opening the hood we saw just visually almost every part almost had rust upon it, we undid the cap to the radiator and there was what looked like rusty mud on the cap and around the inside. There appeared to be no water in the radiator. And to add insult to injury the truck had a flat on it. This all combined with what the salesperson had told my husband was a complete lie. I know the salesperson who brought us to see the truck (not the same salesperson we talked to) was ashamed and embarrassed to show us the vehicle. All this has given us a very bad feeling of your company. Which as you know for every 1 person dissatisfied leads to 20 other people being told about the transaction. I personally would never want a business I worked for being looked at in that light. But, you do what you need to in regards to this unsatisfactory experience. We wasted gas going to a place with the thought that this would be the truck we would buy. Fortunately for us we did not buy this truck, but did find one elsewhere that fit our needs in the price range we were looking for and was MUCH better looking (mechanically speaking). Sincerely,"
