Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "SOOOO this place....where to begin. we started with 2 is250s which were purchased from Lexus Esco(the sister store/ same owner) our review of escondido explains why we traded in the 1st 250 we purchased for a 2008 isf. the fist problem we encountered was the fact that we paid $30000 for this car, and yet the trade in deal they gave us was less than half(we didnt even have the car for 2mo). They also decided that when we had an accident and we broke our passenger side mirror that we wouldnt notice that the new mirror they put on our car didnt even match the mirror on the drivers side. My fiance went back and forth on crutches after knee surgery for almost 3 weeks explaining to these "professionals" aka monkeys with wrenches that the two mirrors on his car do not match. FINALLY after threatening a claim and our attorney they agreed that they made a mistake and made ordered a new drivers side mirror to match the new one on the passenger side. LONG STORY SHORT....LEXUS ESCONDIDO AND CARLSBAD SUCK AND THEY ARE GREEDY Aces. IF YOU WANT TO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY LEXUS ORDER IT FROM JAPAN OR GO OUT OF STATE TO PURCHASE A CAR."
