“I love this vehicle”
So far I'm really impressed with my RX350. I have two huge dogs and my daughter plays soft ball year round. Her equipment and the dogs fit quite well. I changed from an Infinity FX 35 which I also liked however I find the ride of the Lexus to be much smoother.

After I received the car I found it did not prepared for Lexus certified vehicle. There sever issues I pointed out and wrote a e-mail. They did not reply my e-mail why it was delivered under that condition and moreover it was not disclosed. It came with a ONE KEY. They send they will send me but it was over two weeks I have not received it yet. You tell me how should I rate the dealer. "
