"The overall experience was good but after the transaction was complete
they said the keys are in the car which was on and we drove away only
later did to discover that there was no keyless remote. The car had been
advertised as "keyless entry system" and in our follow up they said that
didn't include the remote. It felt like they were covering up this
inconvenient lack of hardware in a shady manner. Be sure to have your
own list of what you expect to be included with vehicle."

They run a "pre-cursory check" on an idividual which is not accurate:(if you have no debt or penalties they don't want to touch you!) I have been out of debt for over 10 years, I have owned 2 homes, and purchased six new cars but I am considered a pariaha for loans?) I will purchase the car I want from an individual and not this car dealer."
