"We took the car for a test drive, after the dealer has to jump-start the battery! Said they had received it 2 weeks before & that's why the battery was dead. I don't claim to be an expert, but give me a little credit....batteries do not go dead after two weeks of inactivity. Was told there was a warranty offered, but then found out it wasn't offered. They should really check info before stating something that isn't true."

"The two vehicles we called to schedule to test drive were
filthy....they didn't bother to clean...food crumbs still in car. The
person we made the appt wit was "unavailable and tied up with
other customers". We drove 50 minutes on Memorial Day to
specifically see two vehicles. We were serviced by a young
inexperienced person who was not personable or knowledgeable.
Then when we sat down to discuss cars, they said they would not
negotiate on the cars. They obviously do not want or need our
business. We walked out....and bought a Buick from another dealer
the next day. Not impressed with dealership. If you are selling cars
or at least attempting to....clean them!!"
