I found one from Hoehn's website. Mgr Rob began the contact with me and Sales Brian completed rest of the process. We agreed on a price over phone. I arrived at 7:30 pm Friday evening to check out the car, they patiently waited for us and never rushed us. They appeared to be fair-mined and straightforward for the business. The deal may not be the best but I thought to be reasonable. Perhaps, they could have reduced 3 hundred bucks further. I bought the car anyway and I found this filled with half tank of gas on the way home. I am not sure if this is the common practice for buying a used car. I found a head restraint missing on 2nd row seat after the purchase next day. Brian ensured me to provide a new one and I received it 2 weeks later. The purchase experience with Hoehn Acura Carlsbad for me and my wife was positive. Both Rob and Brian were being friendly, responsive, and honest. Therefore, a 5-star rate is given!"
