He wanted me to drive 120 miles roundtrip so he could appraise my trade in again. he then paid no attention to my offer that had been made previously and after three calls he had initated, made me an offer to purchase his car for $30,000-$40,000 more then they are asking on the internet, so my position is mixed they have some very capable sales people & business managers that can make the experience very pleasant, and one sales person whom needs some experience and guidance on proper treatment and respect for customers."
