a test drive. I drove 40 minutes to the dealer and when I arrived the
used car salesman informed me that the truck was under contract
with a down payment put on the truck the day prior. There seems to
be a terrible lack of communication somewhere and it cost me time
and gas. I did end up going to a different dealer!"

"We made an appointment to view an Equinox and when we arrived for our appointment time they informed us that they had sold it a few days before hand. It was about a 40 min drive out of our way, and they didnt even have the courtesy to let us know . Very disappointing and frustrating. I think they could have at least emailed us that it had been sold."
