She kept telling me I needed to come in and see all the cars they had. I explained that I live 2 hours away and would come in if the price on this car was within my budget. She finally gave me a price range that was higher than similar cars I had found at other dealerships. In response to whether or not the car was a Certified Pre-Owned, she said no, some buyers don't want the warrantee. I asked another dealership about this - they said normally Lexus doesn't sell cars that aren't Certified, and if it isn't Certified, then something must have been seriously wrong with the car. I did not feel the sales woman was being straightforward with me, so I did not go in. Later I was telling a friend of my experience & he got a funny look on his face as soon as I said Keyes. He said it's a good thing I didn't go there. Apparently they don't have a good reputation."
