Hybrid technology and lexus nameplate make this a very nice alternative to most hybrid, including the prius, this is lots bigger and more powerful...and more luxurious. Service of lexus made this an easy decision, looking for another hybrid as I write this.

"Salesperson was great. However, car was advertised in several
places being all wheel drive which it wasn't. The worst is when I was
told they do not accept outside financing because it ties up vehicles.
Really and they have a lot full of cars...lol. Why not just tell the truth
that it is more profitable for you if I use your higher rate financing. I
swear something has to be illegal with this policy. Well we left and
were called back to come back and work something out. Please I
don't have time for that ...too many cars on the market at reputable
places."

"Called on a "great deal" for a 2010 Nissan Armada...tried to set up
a day to go look at it...planned on a particular day and was told by
the salesman he'd call me that morning to confirm because the
vehicle was being serviced.He never called and I called again 3
days later and he said it was still in the shop on a recall and he'd get
back to me and again he dd not.This went on for 3 weeks...he never
called me back I had to keep calling him.Finally I called and asked a
different sales person and was put on hold for a few minutes and
was told...it was sold this morning but we have many other
vehicles...

"I drove over an hour out of my way to this dealership. On this website, it
says that this GMC Acadia has Navigation and a Sunroof/Moonroof. It did
not. It was a basic model! The sales men were unapologetic and
dumbfounded. I looked at the actual sales sticker on the vehicle and the
options included a Sunroof/moonroof which is clearly not there, and they
responded with, "Well, you can add a sunroof if you really want to." What a
waste of my time!
