"Dealer called me back the next day and said he would call when the
car was back on the lot. He never called again. Subsequently, I
have had at least 4 emails from various people at United, including
the GM, asking questions about the service I had received so far,
and if there was anything they could do to help. I told the, about
never hearing back from the original sales person after the first call.
No one ever responded to what I assume are automatically
generated emails. I am disgusted!"

"Tom was quite unprofessional. Failed to provide the Carfax report for
the 2005 Cadillac Escalade currently being marketed for $17999 and
avoided informing me the vehicle had been severely wrecked and
reconditioned. Failed to disclose the interior of the vehicle had been
dyed and the dashboard. I took vehicle for prebuy inspection and
learned the vehicle had major concerns. Dont trust this dealer and
never buy with zero warranty! Tom stated the vehicle had a certified
inspection performed so their dealership offers no warranty. This
dealership is deceptive and uses unfair business practices to slam
buyers. Dont buy this dealer!"

"They gave me a non working number twice, had to send in two
inquiries to receive a response and altho they did eventually call I
had to call two/three times to follow up with them. I should have
listened to the other reviews. I will not be dealing with this dealership
they are very inconsistent. And the finance guy was not very helpful
at all. I will go elsewhere. Happy I didn't make the trip to the actual
dealership. I would have gave a terrible rating but I think poor is fair
since they did call back. "

"It took to long to close the deal on the car purchase. Also, after having to wait so long to do the paperwork to close the deal my car was supposed to be cleaned. It was the worst job I've ever had. I've owned a lube & carwash business before & I would have been embarassed to let a car leave like this. All the salesman said was sorry. He did not ask me if I would like to bring it back & I will make sure it gets done right or anything. This was not what I expected or the service I hadn't gotten the last time I purchased a vehicle from Carmax."
