This was a first for us, as my wife recently purchased her 2008 V70 from Pacific Audi in Torrance where they sent us off with a full tank of gas! And number 3) They have never responded with the missing Owner's Manual or Maintenance Schedule! I guess that is why they have not sent out their own survey? It is a far cry from the previous service that my wife and I received at Power's previous owner's Irvine Volvo! "
