Buying a car from out of state, based on pictures, a Carfax, and the word of a car salesman could have turned into a very stressful experience but Randy O’Brien at Koons Automotive of Wilmington was a delight to work with! He was true to his word in every way and did everything possible to make this the best car buying experience we've ever had! We flew into Philadelphia from Chicago and he met us at the airport, even though it meant staying late (on a Friday night no less). The car was EXACTLY as promised! He had all the paperwork completely ready so once we test drove and inspected the car it only took about 15 minutes before we were on our way. I can’t thank him and the people at Koons for making this such a positive experience. We drove the car home and had a lovely weekend seeing the sights along the way.
