I waited 7 minutes and the pulled up the car, because it was raining and cold, the heated seats were on! I was accompanied by my salesman for the test drive which was nice because it was in Watertown a town I wasn't familiar with. I really loved the car! 3 hours later I was driving home in my new car! As far as the Dealer never responding I did not write that! It automatically came up! I can also at any time go to this dealership and get my car hand washed at any time and get a complimentary breakfast or lunch! I highly recommend this dealership!"

Dealer Rating: (20 reviews) "Although the financial department tried to do "their best to help me" (dont know where my mind was when i got nailed with the warranty, where dealers make money, as well as the cleaning seats junk) the system they used to deal with the customer is a bad one. I did make a ok deal, the car wasnt clean as expected. Got a new battery just because the guy who drove it to me almost cannot make it, he had to go back and get a new battery, which tells me their service department did do their job on checking it prior to delivery. Also, the tire pressure sensor was ordered just because the sales guys noticed and had them order it, so i have to make another trip (1 hr away) to get it fix. The sales guy tried his best, but there is no communication between the financial and sales departments (thats my take)."

Ironically, I was contacted by their Sales team on the day of my appointment to come in a little earlier since they were closing at 6 pm., only to find out that the car was sold. They did give me a tank full of gas, however, I had come to buy a car, not for a tank of gas."
