Buying a car from out of state, based on pictures, a Carfax, and the word of a car salesman could have turned into a very stressful experience but Randy O’Brien at Koons Automotive of Wilmington was a delight to work with! We flew into Philadelphia from Chicago and he met us at the airport, even though it meant staying late (on a Friday night no less). The car was EXACTLY as promised! He had all the paperwork completely ready so once we test drove and inspected the car it only took about 15 minutes before we were on our way.
