The brakes discs were badly worn and unsafe so I made them changed the rotors but they are making me pay for the pads. Second key fob does not work and I will have to take it to a chevy dealer to fix. The electronic keyless door locking mechanism on the drivers side broke the minute i left the dealer. They ordered a new part and will install when it comes in but dont know if they will make me pay for this part also?? The tires in the front are not OEM and dont match the rears and the rear tires had no tread left on them. I have to purchase new tires from a tire company. With that said, Overall, the experience with the management (Joe) is always pleasant and quick to respond but I feel that these items should have been taken care of before the sale of the vehicle or should have been fixed completely with no charge to me for any of the above items considering that the car was advertised to be in perfect and mechanically sound condition. I WOULD recommend Elite motors to anyone and will contact them again if I am looking for a vehicle myself."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (3 reviews) "I purchased a 2011 BMW 3 Series from this dealer and from the get the go we've experienced nothing but problems and broken promises from this dealer. During the negotiation phase the dealer stated they had no problems and quite often sell vehicles to out of state buyers. The shipping of the vehicle was an ordeal itself and not wholly due to the dealer. Michael did however keep us informed as he heard from the shipper. The major problems begin were upon delivery when we discovered that the right rear tail-light lens was cracked which was absent on the pre-inspection report and photographs that we had completed prior to purchasing the vehicle. Additionally, we never received an owners manual, received only one key and missing parts of the inside of the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased in October of 2012 and we still have not received these promised items to date of this review (with the exception of a missing plastic piece for the interior of the vehicle). I have spoken with Michael, the owner of this dealership and when I am able to get him on the phone, he acts as if he is unaware of the outstanding issues. He also claims that he has my incorrect contact information however, he was successfully able to deliver the vehicle to my residence, mail a missing part and send my copy of the signed paperwork. He additionally returned phone calls during the shipping process. I know that every dealer has hiccups and mistakes happen, but this has been long enough and these outstanding issues should have been resolved. I would work cautiously with this dealer. Checks on the dealership with the State of California also appear that their corporation is no longer in existence."
