The vehicle I inquired about was as they described in their ad. We were allowed to test drive without interference by the Sales Staff. Our discussions with the Sales Staff went easy and friendly. They got the vehicle and paperwork done and we went home in about a total of two hours time with a real nice pre owned vehicle. It was a pleasure to do business with Cars Direct and our Salesman Shane. I'm glad CarGurus and Cars Direct were available to me. I will definitely use them both again and recommend them to my friends and family. "

The next week I saw their listing on Craigslist and made a slightly different offer but received a very hasty and standoffish reply to my offer. The integrity wasn't consistent. The text made me want to hop online and leave this review. I understand business and maybe frustrations with offers but the way you do one thing is the way you do all things. So if the contact selling this car treats me this way once I can only expect the same for others. I am not satisfied with the contacts. "
