Three calls and three emails in 24 hours confirming my visit to be exact. When I arrived, the salesmen I was to asked for wasn't there, the women who booked my appointment wasn't there and worse, the car I was interested in wasn't there! While they did have another Carrera S Convertible to test drive, it was filthy and buried in other cars which took time to pull out. They are a Land Rover dealer, not a Porsche dealer and I can't fault them for not focusing on the latter but I found the experience lacking in professionalism and organization."

They said the car was in good condition. When I arrived they were trying to change the oil fast so I wouldn't see it. I asked them to stop so I could see the oil - reluctantly they let me. The oil in the car was black/bad and leaking all over the engine. Then they started up the car and white smoke continued to come out of the car - white smoke out of tailpipes = bad things happening to engine. I drove an hour after setting up this appointment and would not have if they were just honest. The car wasn't worth half of what they were asking. Unfortunately my 16 year old daughter (who the car was for) got to see the side of car salesman that you don't want her to see. I know not all are bad but this was, I guess, a good lesson for her. Not sure why I even gave it two stars."
