"From the moment I inquired online to the experience at the lot I was
treated with stellar customer service. I had already gone to a number of
dealers and was never given any information on my personal details (fico
score, ltv factors, bank financing options, true car msrp value) but at
Capitol Kia, all tjis information was disclosed upfront, the transparency
of buying a car, ZERO money down, 100,000/10 year warranty, affordable
paymrnts with my bad credit is what sold me! Ask for Frank or Misty! I
thank Honda of Hayward for such a terrible experience and Capitol
Honda for stating I could not buy a car with zero money down and my
bad credit...guess at Capitol Kia it can be done! :)"

"Car was not at location listed, I was sent, in the rain to the Thomas Dodge
store instead. Listing was incorrect for the options on the vehicle i.e. no
Navigation system and no Bluetooth, but they still wanted the listed price
for the vehicle, said it was their 3rd party service who priced the vehicle.
Car was dirty, was told they don't detail until the vehicle is sold.
Female salesperson was nice, that's why they received 1star."

"Raising the price after someone inquires about a vehicle seems to be standard practice, as noted. I was interested in a ‘04 Grand Marquis and their Price History was: Oct 14-$10,935 | May 11-$8,939 | Today: Negotiable [which indicates it would be less than the May 11th price].
However, after they responded to the email sent through CarGurus, I sent an email back asking a few questions and inquiring about the [negotiable] price. I was told they were asking $13,498.00 (have email). That is nearly $5000.00 more than the last price and nearly $3k more than last year’s price. This seems to be classic Bait & Switch.
