I've heard praise and nightmare stories concerning this era of Sorentos. But my personal experience has been above average at least. It currently has 92k miles. And it runs like the day I bought it. "From the moment I inquired online to the experience at the lot I was
treated with stellar customer service. I had already gone to a number of
dealers and was never given any information on my personal details (fico
score, ltv factors, bank financing options, true car msrp value) but at
Capitol Kia, all tjis information was disclosed upfront, the transparency
of buying a car, ZERO money down, 100,000/10 year warranty, affordable
paymrnts with my bad credit is what sold me! Ask for Frank or Misty! I
thank Honda of Hayward for such a terrible experience and Capitol
Honda for stating I could not buy a car with zero money down and my
bad credit...guess at Capitol Kia it can be done! :)"

"Spoke with Mike here a few weeks ago, and test drove an Elantra. Mike acted and spoke as if the Elantra was the last one available in California,and that we would be lucky to purchase it. He refused to answer basic financing questions and car options. He wasted our time. I went to a Hyundai dealer in another city and purchased a Sonata the next weekend. Great cars, poor salesmanship."
