never had a problem and has over 100.000 miles the quality is great and is great on gas and we r soon getting a new one this car is great to drive but when it is slippery use 4 wheel drive this car also has the best steering i have ever used it also looks beautiful in and out and it has power but also great breaking

"I had to do some dickering with them, but in the end I got what I wanted, and believe the price to be fair for both parties. (My savings-Their profit). Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."

"The salesman didn't introduce himself, showed me a bunch of new kia optimas when I asked him specifically for the one I saw online he said it was no longer there. Then, we stumbled upon it while looking on the lot. He doesn't know his inventory. He was rude. He refused to even come down ANY on the price and was going to give me $1900 less for my vehicle than another dealer. I have no idea how he has all the"salesperson of the year" plaques on the wall because it was the worst car experience of my life."
