Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "Unfortunately, to my dismay this dealer was not up to par, not only did I email them all of my personal documents prior to driving 3hours round trip but they lied in their advertisement! The vehicle had a crack left side mirror and when I brought it up to Ana's attention she said it was listed online, I let her her know that no such thing was stated nor was there a picture to prove it. Also, I inquired about the mats because that was pictured in the vehicles advertisement, she also let me know that it did not come with the vehicle. I asked her a few other questions in reference to the car and she replied with a cimple and direct, I don't know, I don't know much about this vehicle! I mean c'mon I drive almost two hours one way for a car least you can do is be schooled on the vehicle to answer my questions. Now to the fun part (if you can call it this). The dealership was fully aware of I not having credit of my own however, I did have a substantial amount of down payment, after trying to be little me for 2 old collections one for $43 and the other for $160 to which I did let them know I was working on since I was unaware until three weeks ago when I first started the process they acted as if they didn't care, Ana brought out Juan another gentleman also there was "Strauss" forgive my spelling, anyhow this gentleman literally raised his voice at me and tried to be little me and insult my intelligence. I quickly stopped him and told him to not raise his voice at me. I was there to make an honest deal as I was beyond interested in the car. However, at this point I was becoming very suspicious of how they where acting, not so much Ana, I felt for her, she was really not knowledgeable in what she was doing, I could see that she was there doing her best in trying to sell the vehicle, I was very appreciative that she was able to get $30 to fill the car with fuel since the light was on, however the crack in the mirror was just disturbing for me. While getting hollard at by this gentleman (if you can even call him this) I called my sister, she went on yelp and looked at the poor ratings, I wished I had done the same before waiting my time on an early Easter morning. I'm just thankful that though I did let them run my credit I didn't take the vehicle off their lot, they simply didn't deserve it. Next time I recommend elsewhere, if not someone that at least knows about the vehicle you are being sold, who doesn't also make you feel bad for pointing out things that are wrong with the car that you weren't aware of."
