Avg. Dealer Rating: (9 reviews) "One star is too high. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Yes, the stereotypical sleazy used car salesmen (yes, more than one) are alive and well at Toyota Bountiful! Found a car we wanted and went to find it. Once there, the salesman told us "oh, sorry, it just sold ... let me show this other one". We left. The next day, the very same car listing (same vin, on this and other websites) was marked as "reduced price". So I emailed another salesman there who gave me the "oh, sorry, it just sold ... but come in, I have another one to show you." We didn't go. The very next day I got an email from a third salesman telling me the car was reduced and to come see it. I asked him if it was actually on the lot, and explained that two other salesmen have already lied to me about this very car. I also asked if it had leather, like the ad said. He laughed and told me how honest he was, saying "I just walked out and checked it with my own eyes. Yes, it's here". So we went back to test drive it. Once there, this third salesman said, "oh, sorry, I guess the one with leather sold ... let me show you this other one". When I asked him why they continue to advertise a car they no longer have (and continue the lie about by "reducing" the price), he said he didn't know what I was talking about. I ended up walking away and bought a car from Jerry Seiner (highly recommend - nice guys at Jerry Seiner)"
