He asked if I could send him the listing, which I did. He said he would call me back, which he didn't. When I called back, I was transferred to a woman. She told me she didn't even have that car on the lot, even though the previous salesman acknowledged the vehicle when I gave him the stock number. The woman offered me a deal for a similar car for 5,000 dollars more. Then she misrepresented what discount I could get if I financed through Kia (the Pensacola dealership already told me about the incentive to finance through Kia). Later that evening I received an email from someone who said they were the manager saying the price I saw was for someone wanting a fleet of carsola dealer already told me about that incentive). After 3 hours they changed the price after we agreed on a set price because of there mistake in writing up the truck. We split the difference only because I was tired of being there and the sales manager had left. Looking back I should have left and came back another day I should not have paid for their mistake. Love the truck and everyone was friendly just did not leave with warm feeling."
